Elke Lau

Elke has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, acting for listed companies, banks, financial institutions, and private individuals in complex disputes. Her practice covers commercial and cross‑border litigation, land‑related disputes, matrimonial proceedings, as well as probate matters (both contentious and non‑contentious). She also regularly advises and represents clients in criminal cases.

 

Before joining the firm, Elke gained litigation experience at leading local law firms and further expanded her expertise as a Government Counsel at the Department of Justice, where she handled judicial review and immigration‑related matters.
