Anne specializes in civil and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in commercial disputes, applications for interim or injunctive reliefs in aid of legal proceedings in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions, arbitration, white collar crimes, regulatory investigations and litigation (including Securities and Futures Commission actions, such as Market Misconduct Tribunal proceedings), insolvency and restructuring (including scheme of arrangement, assets investigations and recovery) and judicial review.
